Living in Brasted

   Hello

I would be very grateful for any advice/help about the area around Chruch Road Brasted as I am very interested in a small property in that area but have some concerns regarding the River which borders the property.

Can anyone tell me if this river is known to flood and if it has caused problems in the past.
